seller or translating the description |

We know sometimes you need to know more descriptions
for the auction like what is included or what is not included.
Some automated translation sites are available but they are not
perfect.
Please ask the descriptions BEFORE you order.
We can translate or ask to the seller more detail for you.
But please note that your question would not be answered if it
was urgent. |

Initial Deposit

Initial deposit is required BEFORE we bid on the
auctions for you.
The system take deposits automatically and give you Bidding Limit. |

We are using "Deposit Multipliers" system which is from 5 to
1.
Deposit Multipliers is a number shown on the Member's Menu on the left.
To determine your bidding limit, multiply your Deposit Multiplier by 100
and multiply that by the amount of the deposit .
Bidding Limit (Japanese Yen) = Deposit Multiplier x 100 x Deposit Amount
For example, if
your Deposit Multiplier is 5, then you for a $50 deposit, your bidding limit
would be 25000 yen.
Your Deposit Multipiplier will be lowered at Crescent
Shop's discretion.
i.e. a very high priced single item may require a larger deposit.
Late payments may also require larger deposits for future purchases.
Here's the Bidding Limit if your Deposit Multipliers is 5. |

Ordering Auctions |

Once you understand the description for the auction,
please submit your order(s) from
your member's menu. You cannot cancel the orders once you send them to
us.
The amount you order us is JAPANESE YEN ONLY
We know that understanding foreign currency compare with your
own currency is a bit difficult.
But it is to avoid misunderstanding of the correct bidding amount
each other.
If someone already ordered the auction you want, the system reject
your order even though
your price is higher than other client.
The first order can be cancelled if outbidded by the first member.
So, you still have a chance to bid the auction through us. |

Payment for Auctions |

After your won an auction, you have to pay for the auction within 7 days after we pay to the seller.
Aftter you pay for the auction, we can hold your items up to 60 days in
"Pending Shipment"
You can combine other auctions and even shopping(non-auctioned items) for
international shipping if it is within 60 days. |

Shipping Order |

After you finished ordering auctions, you will submit shipping order from
"Pending Shipment"
Please note that we only ship items to YOU.
It can be your working place or somewhere you are staying. But recipient
must be your name.
We do NOT send packages to your friend or your buyer. |

Paying for International Shipping Charge |

After we finish packing, we will let you know actual international shipping
charge.
As soon as we confirm your payment, we will ship out the package to you.
Then we notify you a tracking number after we ship out. |
