Exchange Rate |

Our daily exchange rate is updated on around 11 AM from Monday to Friday
except for National
Holidays. Friday's exchange rate remains the same until new
exchange rate is updated on Monday.
The exchange rate you are using is the day you are paying for auctions. |

Cancellation |

We do not take any cancellation after you order auctions unless you are
outbid.
When you are outbid, you can choose raise the amount or cancel the auction. |

Payment Deadline |

Each Auctio must be paid within 7 days after we pay to the seller.
The system blocks your new orders if you have unpaid auctions.
You will have penalty if you don't pay more than 14 days.
